4. Known Issues

Installation:
In order for the IPSec Protocol Module to be registered with the OS you must
turn off and on your phone after installing movianVPN for the first time.

PC Suite Synchronization:
You cannot sync the device with your desktop while a VPN tunnel is up. The vpn tunnel
will block the synchronization packets.

Upgrading movianVPN:
You cannot update movianVPN, or any other application while it is open. To ensure
an application has close you can turn your phone off the back on again.

Using movianVPN with a Sony Memory Stick:
Installing movianVPN onto a Memory Stick is not recommended. Please install
movianVPN onto the C: drive of your P800.
In addition, please ensure the Memory Stick is not present when you transfer the
license file to your P800. The P800 will put the license file on the Memory Stick
and it won't be recognized by movianVPN.
When you add policies in movianVPN, if the Memory Stick is present, they will be
stored on the Memory Stick. The policies will not be accessible when the Memory
Stick is removed. To avoid confusion, it is recommended to remove the Memory
Stick while using movianVPN.
