[QSyncher Trouble Shooting]

Q: Why my E61 can not be detected by QSyncher ?

A:
1. When your QSyncher can not detect your E61 mobile phone, please make sure whether if the data cable driver is installed already.

2. If the data cable driver is installed, but QSyncher still can not detect your E61 mobile phone, please go to
    Windows Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager.  
    (Please make sure that you mobile phone is connected to PC and the Modem/PC Sync is selected at the same time.)
    In Device Manager, please choose "Modem", and double click the "BenQ-Siemens E61 USB Communication Class" item.
    Choose "Advance" tab view, and then click "advance COM port setting" button.
    In the prompt dialog, please change the COM port number for your E61; this number must be less than 30 and you have to 
    make sure that the COM port number is not used by other devices at the same time.
    After you changed the COM port number for E61, confirm this change and restart your QSyncher.
