After some years of using Mramor for various ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ purposes, I realized a need of modernization and humanizing ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ its very fragile appearance, as well as removing numerous ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ decorative and useless parts. Besides that, type design made a ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ huge technical progress in past few years, so I was able to ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ finish the remaining approximately 9600 glyphs contained in ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ the present font system names Amor. ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ It is already usual to combine sans and serif fonts within one ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ family in order to distinguish (e. g. in a book) historical ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ part from contemporary, a plain chapter from a special one, ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ or, in quotations, to divide speaking persons. Sans-serif ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ typefaces don't arise by simple removal of serifs; they have ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ to be drawn completely separeately, when ocasionally many ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ declined forms may be made, considered to the serifed ÛÛ Û Û ÛÛ original.
